Yes, you won’t want to lose your spot for training with your favorite trainer if you wait too long. You can book your classes at least two weeks in advance. There are popular classes and times that may fill up quickly. Download our app to avoid missing out on any opportunities.
We do not offer free trial classes. However, you can choose between a drop-in session to try a single class, a first-time class at a special price, or our Welcome Pack of 3 classes to explore different disciplines before deciding on a membership.
You can cancel your sessions up to 10 hours before the class starts without any charge. If you do not cancel in advance, the credit for that class will be lost.
If you cancel with 1h of anticipation or less or don't show up to the class, a 7€ penalty will be applied.

There aren’t specific classes just for beginners but, don't worry, our instructors will take care of you and explain the dynamics of the sessions. If it’s your first day, make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so they have time to guide you through how everything works.
If you're looking for the lightest classes to start, we recommend PILAT3S ALIGN and KICK THE BARRE PURE.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and lots of positive energy. We'll provide the rest!
When you check in at reception, we’ll offer you a workout towel if you are attending PILAT3S, TRIB3, KICK THE BARRE or Personal Training, as long as you booked the class through our website or app.
If you want to relax and shower after the workout, don't forget to request a bath towel at reception.
Yes, the only activity not included in your membership is private training. You can manage your classes however you like, choosing from PILAT3S, TRIB3, DANCE, or KICK THE BARRE.

If you haven’t used your invitations yet, remember that you can bring a friend or family member to try a class. They do not renew monthly. To use them, first book your guest’s spot and then your own. In the app, select the class and go to “Invite people” to add their details.
You can freeze your membership up to 2 times per year, but not in consecutive months. To do so, please notify us before the 15th of the previous month. For example, if you want to freeze your membership for December, you’ll need to inform us before November 15th.

Yes, all memberships and packs include access to the shower and locker room area. Towels and essential products are provided.
As much as we love children, we’ll save that option for special events. On a daily basis, we cannot bring our children to EDAN.
Keep an eye on our newsletter because we’ll hold events to enjoy with our adorable pets at EDAN, but just like with children, pets are not allowed on a daily basis.
